Nilesat 7w TP 10930 H ?

In the UAE it would be more interesting to know what is the minimum size of dish that guarantees complete and stabile reception for all AB4A as well as Nilesat 101/102 frequencies and also 8W/11554V+11595V. Do you really need 60cm or is a 40cm dish ok ?
