Hummmm not with a 2.4 meter dish, maybe a 10 meter dish and you could pick up some signal scatter off the antenna shields.

Your way outside the foot print for that bird. (Birmingham?)

Nice.

Have you got some pics for us?

And what happens with Eutelsat 7 West Transponders - they must create massive overload!

It is possible to get some tv from 7.3 west with your dish but nothing from 7 east Nilesat 201 for that you will need a 5 to 10 mtr dish but as mentioned in post #2 not much hope from your location.

As the others say you have no chance of Nilesat in the Midlands with any sensible sized dish now N102 has been switched off and the traffic moved over to N201.

You will still get the co-located Eutelsat 7WestA, but thats it at 7W

Is it back on air? I know we had decided it hadnt actually gone anywhere & the "move" was probably just a wonky tle but as 7W is behind trees here I only keep half an eye on the news of the slot

Only one vertical transponder now received here now in my location, http://www.lyngsat.com/Nilesat-102.html I have not been able to get the Horizontals from N102 for a couple of years now.
7 west with 100cm 12130 V 27500 tp 22 Middle East

Only 12130 V 27500 on 7 west Martin everything else I receive is from 7.3 west Eutelsat 7WA Middle East North Africa beam as no signals from N201 or the North West African beam from 7.3 west.

I have just checked that freq on my tm5302, and 1.25 dish. S 82% Q 56%

Nice dish. That feedhorn, I believe, is optimised for a restricted frequency band and the full one.

should i use the channel master feedhorn instead which is better
I think if you have original CM feedhorn you better use it. If it is original, that means it was designed by antenna manufacturer and should make better illumination of the dish. And make sure it is located in the focus of the dish. BTW, did you make exact measurements of this nice dish?
