No audio with dm, why??

Recently, China satelite TV provider using multi-ecm on their channels, this means both video and audio use different ecm, but emu only handle one ecm, so some channel has video while some has audio output. But if I use valid smartcard, I can see both audio and video.

I made a test: one channel's has at least 3 IDS:VPID,PCR,APID,commonly PCR=VPID, if I change PCR to APID(PCR=APID), I can got audio,but Video lost, why?

Maybe it's caused by dreambox itself? but it seems other emu protocols (not tested,learned from some forums) can get both video and audio.

Some Logs from newcamd 6.10b
First: a common channel with one ecm:

Second: a multi-ecm channel with two ecm and dreambox only use one ecm, so there is only video no audio(in this example, video using ecm 0601,audio using ecm 0a37)

[newcamd-v6.10 00:53:45] channel using caid 0500, provid 023900, ecm 0a37 ... cws

Did you check if the channel has also AC-3 audio?
You would need an AC-3 compatible equipment to hear it.
You can check this with a bitrate monitor plugin and it will show the audio type.

No AC3 audio, I am sure.

Adddional test:
DM+Newcamd+Valid smart card=no audio
DM+CCcam+Valid smart card=no audio
DM+Scam+Valid smart card=OK

It might help if you give more details about this provider and the satellite details so that we can see which channels are you talking about.
Check the Lyngsat website. There might be some details there that you missed.

Gemini 3.5.0

I think it's not releate with image, its maybe caused by emu client software,as scam can decode successful, also my friend use Gemini 4.1 also got this error.

It might be the image. It is always a good idea to upgrade to a newer image as there are more options and Addons.
The Gemini 4.1 is problematic so if you want to solve this problem then try to change the image to Gemini 4.0 (NOT 4.1) and if the problem is still there then it could be the provider's fault unless everything is OK with his recommended STB models.
Make sure you download the image file from a reliable website and then flash the file that has extension *.img
There are FTA channels on this package. Is the audio OK there?
Post back to report after you upgrade.

FTA channels are all ok, channels using conax and Nagra system ok too, enven channel within DSKY package there is a channel ok also, telephoned with sat provider they said I need replace the STB for the are testing anti-sharing system
Will test other version of the image later!

Test all version,no luck for me!

From the log, we can see emu client can only handle one ecm for one PID, but the provider use two ecm(Video&Audio), so we can only get video or audio, so we must update our emu client to support multi-ecm function.

Thanks for all of you!

Tried many emus, only SCAM can handle both video and audio, but I'd rather to use CCcam as my favorite cam, hope CCcam teams can update their soft after holiday!
