No Internet Connection!

Hi Forum,

I bought a DM500 reciever a couple of months ago, with a CS subscription. Everything has worked good until yesterday.
I couldnt watch some channels wich required a sub. I checked if the Box was pinging to the internet, and it wasnt. I reflashed the box several times, which was recommende in most forums. And it still didnt work. I then tried to use static IP, same problem. My router also doesnt show that the DM500 is connected. Is there anything I can do? And I also tried several other cables.

a few details:

PC connected to the Internet through Router.
So is DM500.

Sorry bud, discussion of problems with receivers that include any form of paid for card share included are absolutely forbidden on this forum.

If you want a guaranteed service then buy a subscription to the package you are interested in.
