"Any idea why I'm getting this no signal message?"

1.8m dish, last seen on the roof terrace. Photo shows the only evidence there was once a dish here. This happened while the customer was watching tv. Picture just went off. Didn't know the dish was missing until I told them.

Theft, yes... but aren't there easier things to steal? Must have got on the roof terrace from another neighbour's.

Next time, use shear bolts, so the only way to remove it is to make a lot of noise with a drill to free it from it's anchoring point...

That would just stop the kingpost being stolen, not the dish.

Makes it easier for the local fuzz to find them though, someone just happens to have "acquired" a dish and needs a stand to put it on, plod does some enquiries, finds the dish, and it goes home, at least, that's how it should work anyway, policing in the UK these days is a bit naff most of the time, but abroad.........
