I am using my TM-6900 super in France. I have done a terrestrial scan and added three new HD channels: TF1HD, France2HD & M6HD. I am getting good pictures on these channels, but no sound. On all other channels (satellite, terrestrial, SD, HD, stereo or Dolby), I get the correct sound, with multiple soundtracks where available.
There are usually several soundtracks on French TV channels: French, English, stereo, Dolby, etc. I think the problem is because the new French HD channels are using Dolby Digital Plus. Users of other receivers report the same problem. Some French people say they can get the English soundtrack, but not the French. English would suit me fine, but I can’t get anything.
I have installed the latest software (version 686).
The APID shows as 0000 or ----. I have tried putting in plausible values for the APID, but still no sound. I have emailed Technomate, but no reply yet.
Any suggestions?
