'No Tuning'

My main problem is that while watching TV on a particular channel, the signal is 95% and working fine, then all of a sudden the picture and the signal go off and the message 'no tuning' comes on the screen. The fact is that if i turn on to a channel on the same satellite but on another package everything works fine. What can be my problem?
 
No one can give me an answer abt this? Another problem is that on the same package for example sky cinema 1 shows me 'not tuning' and sky cinema 1 HD works perfectly? What can be the explanation for that?
 
No that other probelm was solved. I increased the signal. This is another problem.

The signal goes away to zero and then comes back.

And certain channels on the same package get marked with 'tune failed'. To give an example Milan channel is fine and Juventus channel is 'tune failed' and signal zero. Obvisously these channels are on the same package and the same Satellite, hotbird.

Sometime This is also happening on channels which are FTA
 
Another thing is that this problem mainly occurs on the Sky italia PAckage. 'tune failed' is shown, i change the channel on to sky germany on astra 19 and all is ok.
 
Sounds like dish alignment or too small a dish.
 
No i would not consider that because the signal is 94% on a channel and 'tune failed' on another channel of the same package.

On the same transponder? On the same beam?
 
More detail required... for example are you card sharing? if so what 'particular' channel are you refering to?
 
Yes on the same transponder. Example On sky italia. Sky Cinema 1 HD is ok and sky cinema is 'tune failed'. Or example Milan Channel ok and Juventus channel 'tune fail'.

Yes i am card charing, but the provider is not the problem, because i change him and the same problems arised.

And i am speaking with a signal within the range of 85%-95%.
