Noob looking for direction

The setup looks a bit odd - on those pics there is a mixture of switched and motorised.

As Mickha says please list 2 or 3 channels you can get and we can start from first principles

Also the card should say which service its for if its a legit one. If you found the box though chances are the card is obsolete
 
It is syndrome that raises its head at times when you have a fixed 45cm dish probably aimed at 28.2 east then you are fooled into thinking that you can get Badr-4 ect in the UK with a 45cm dish as you have no positive signals & just red bars suggests that you need to find out where your 45cm dish is aimed as it will only be possible to get channels from one satellite position with a small fixed dish.

I'm slightly intrigued by the 2017 date in the 'Star 2' subscription image. What was the card for if it was running three years back ?
The 5300 is a SD receiver so my assumption is it is a long standing service.

If my card is expired how do i reprogram a new one to get the pay channels??

Please let me know if you need any more info
 
I still see a problem with your signal quality levels, on 13E, and in London, you should be getting much better signal quality readings.
Either your dish has moved, slightly, your cable/connections need to be checked, for water ingress/damage, or your LNB has a problem.
You should get a lot of channels, from 13E.

They're red, The previous TMs i've installed are usually green.

You dont these days - you pay the appropriate subscriptions for the service(s) you desire. The days of getting loads of pay tv services on a programmable card are long gone.
