One of the Admins will have to do that but in the meantime have a look in your bulk or spam folder of your email.
If you have your spam folder set to delete immediately change that to allow a couple of days in case the replacement email also ends up there.

Activation email re-sent to the BT internet account you registered with, I am sure the original it will be in your spam folder though
