My Satellite Setup
Still have to buy a dish and decoder

khartoum, Sudan
I live in Khartoum and I would like to catch the ku band of the NSS7 to watch canal+horizons. On the official web site, the footprint stops in Sudan along the West border. Is it possible to catch the ku band of NSS7 with a dish wide enough? What should be the size?

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

From looking at the footprint, perhaps a 1.2m dish, but you really need someone on the ground who can point their dish there to try it.
