Hi every body

The above package has the following frequencies:

12245 R SR 27500 FEC 3/4
12322 R "
12380 L "
12399 R "
12456 L "
12476 R "

Do I need a special LNB to get them, I already receive the FTA channels on 36 degree East with strong signal. But I did not seem to get any signal from the above frequencies. I have 1.2 m channel master dish and universal LNB. Any ideas please?

cheers

These are circularly polarised signals.
And I have now posted a FAQ which hopefully answers your questions.

Try looking at the time stamp it is five years old :-rofl2

Circular polarisation on the russian beam forget it, but as you are not telling us where you are based see where the beam covers by clicking here

It would be a special lnb but you would still not receive it as the beam footprint does not go near Kuwait as per this so you will not be able to receive it.

You would need a circular polarised lnb and a very big dish. The same eargument applaies to this beam as to your questions about Sky UK programming you asked yesterday..

You are well out of the beam for NTV on the Russian beam and would need a big dish to get it (no dont bother asking I havent got any idea!)

I used to have NTV+ subscription but stopped in favour of the motorized dish and softcam approach. The only things NTV+ has that I can't get currently are the discovery channels and hallmark, and all the fta's / public code channels make up for it by 300% if not more. If you do get it then via cardsharing, otherwise it's just not worth it.
