In theory it would give you a twin tuner 4k sx88+, which doesn't currently exist.

Don’t need twin tuner anymore wife’s happy on LG built in tuner as it’s super clear picture and ease of use
Need only single for motorised system

Sx88 £75
Vu+Zero £135
Mutant Hd60 £93
Gigablue Hd £145 (twin)
 
sx88+ -thought they were a bit cheaper than that, unless it's the 4k version. Have no experience of the others.
