Speaking of time passing, just try telling your kids that:
  • Tomorrow today is yesterday
  • Yesterday today was tomorrow
And ask them to just think about it for a little while...
 
Something else to ponder:

Any number, where the individual digits ultimately add up to nine, is divisible by nine:

27: 2 +7 = 9; 27/9 = 3
144: 1 + 4 + 4 = 9; 144 / 9 = 16
4581: 4 + 5 + 8 + 1 = 18; 1 + 8 = 9; 4581/9 = 509
37821987: 3 + 7 + 8 + 2 + 1 + 9 + 8 + 7 = 45; 4 + 5 = 9; 37821987 / 9 = 4202443

??

SWMBO ordered a new dog collar from Amazon (amazingly for one of our dogs, not me!!) and had it delivered to a friend who will bring it over at the end of the month. He sent a photo of the box with the contents.....

Thing is Amazon are quite happy to pack two DVD's in a small cardboard box, yet pack something a third the size in a box that could comfortably hold a small dog.....oh damn, maybe she ordered a dog as well...

Why did she click on a moose collar ?
 
I wouldn't care so much if had been a collar for our Labrador, but it's for our Breton Spaniel and a bit smaller than normal. (So not for a moose..more like a mouse)...oh @st1, we really don't need another dog.....
 
Mostly rain, with the odd bit of snow, at the moment. Winds quite strong.

Same here: yesterday Amazon delivered (4 days late!!!) a new Sandisk microSD card (actual package size about 8cm X 12cm) in an A4-size cardboard flat-pack! :rolleyes:
