Does anyone have a spare one or know where I can get one from?
Many thanks.
Sorry Chris ..
Generally you only get one on the 18ghz hughes ..
not on the 19ghz version ..
So unlikely there are any spares kicking around ..
but a smart chap like you could easily make one from a short thin piece of ally using the one you already have as a template ...
You could always stick ally tape over the port ..if you want a quick fix.

The transmit port has the blanking plate on it already, as that is pointing upwards.FWIW Chris Ive used ally tape to cover the hiher frequency transmit port for well over 12 months ..without water ingress ...
Dont forget to close this port too ..
It's important.

It's the horizontal port I need to block.
Insulation tape didn't stop the water getting in the horizontal port.
I will get some tape as soon as I can.
Chris (@scopus) posted the lnb back to me, I have just checked the door to find a Royal Mail card telling me that I have to go and pick it up from the depot 24 hours later.
So as I have to take a walk into town tomorrow to get the lnb, I may walk down to some where like toolstation to see if they have any tape.
On the bay they want £9.99 + p&p
Thanks guys for your help![]()
