OT and nothing to do with satellites but it amused me:-

Cyclists in Penarth, near Cardiff, were perturbed when roadwork signs in Welsh told them: “Your bladder disease has returned”. A computer translation, with confusion between the words cyclists and cystitis, was being blamed for the mistake. The signs should have told riders to get off their bikes.

Reminds me of the story where the phrase "Out of sight, out of mind" was translated ino Russian and then back again. It came out the other end as "Invisible idiot"!

LOL, that's funny. :D :D :D

It reminds me of one of those online and immediate language translators. Like you type in a sentence like: "I'd love to meet you some day, sweetheart" goes in in English at my end, but comes out translated in Russian at the other end as:

"My desire to have meat today, with sugary internal organ."

:D :D Or something like that.
