I wonder why it is so embarrassing to have a hole in your sock,and why is it always the big toe.
I get them all the time.:D

Logic says its the longest digit on the foot so near contact with the shoe front gives most wear ( holes ). I always get sock holes at the heels ( which I cannot find the reason for ):-ohcrap

Use a nail file after trimming the toe nail, round it out nice and smooth and it wont tear up the inside of the sock at the big toe area.
