OSCAM Problem

I am using OSCAM to read my local card and it works well.
The problem I am having is that although I set it to prefer local card, this doesn't work.
Any idea how to force it to always prefer local card?

Set the weighing of the reader to a higher value than others

Thanks for putting me in the right direction.
I have tried this and it seems to work but needs a bit of tweaking
Is it possible to exclude a certain channel to work only with local card?

You can play with priority lists (oscam.dvbapi file) and assign certain service ids to specific readers.

I know it's an old post but this topic is still of interest, I believe.
I'd like to know how this "play" with oscam.dvbapi should be.
May someone do an example?
The fact is that my options do read the local cards but they almost always use for some seconds the other readers immediately after each zapping.
I tried increasing the weight of internal readers (also using very big values) but it didn't help.

For instance, how to customise the lines about Tivusat channels. In oscam.dvbapi I have

P: 183e:000000,005411 # TIVU-SAT-HD
P: 183d:000000,005411 # TIVU-SAT

Should these lines be edited?
Thanks.

Perhaps you should tell us what exactly you 'believe'?
I would point out that we do not offer advice on how to defraud broadcasters of their rightful subscription income.

Strange answer. First of all, I believe, in English means "I think", "I suppose", and so on.
Then, I was CLEAR: I talked about MY CARDS. So I don't defraud anyone, as they didn't the users who started this thread.
Thanks so much for your answer, but maybe next time read posts more carefully.

I'd like to know how this "play" with oscam.dvbapi should be. Great sentence which makes no sense in English or any language for that matter
May someone do an example? Yet another example of perfect syntax with added sensibility
The fact is that my options do read the local cards but they almost always use for some seconds the other readers immediately after each zapping. Yet another meaningful sentence which makes no sense.

And you claim to be CLEAR

I talked about MY CARDS which are?

Perhaps next time compose your sentences with greater clarity and more detailed information

Well... :-doh maybe too much coffee.
I normally like red, but that is just stupid!

I belive people shouldn't comment on what they don't understand.

To me, @green-bright-eyes was clear enough, unless you know nothing about oscam

I also noticed the same behavior on my oscam setups, but actually never cared if it used one card or another. Like @green-bright-eyes said, it ignores the 'weight' of the local reader(s) for at least for a few seconds.

You are entitled to your opinions as am I, I did not comment I asked one simple question. When someone's first post on the forum appears somewhat cryptic, in the absence of responses from other members such as an OSCAM expert like yourself, I ask one simple question in my response, adding the standard new member warning ( as historically they do not read the rules), and only knowing that OSCAM is a softcam used to decrypt programs and he mentions multiple cards without stating what cards, as a fifteen year member of this forum and an administrator for ten of those I think I am entitled to say the words I did. Why did you not answer his question?
