My Satellite Setup
A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

I was looking forward to this, but having dragged myself through the first episode I doubt I'll tune in again.

Maybe its the lack of welsh landscape/chalk mining backdrops ?

Maybe it's just me, but I also fell for the last one with trailers every five minutes - Defying Gravity - and that was canned without telling anyone.

Just forced myself to stick through the whole of the second episode (which took four goes over three hours).

It's a stinker, worse than that remake of Survivors.

I heard about it on Radio 1Xtra, the actor being interviewed described it as Eastenders, or a soap opera, with a science fiction setting.

Personally I haven't watched any British television for nearly 10 years and after hearing some of the programmes being produced I don't think I'm missing anything:)

The actor said it was filmed in South Africa, he also mentioned he gets his kit off quite a bit, to the giggling female DJ, which is when I changed radio stations.

I tried to watch this on BBC iplayer but I stalled halfway through. It just wasn't exciting and the script was very poor.

The writer's BBC blog, some of the comments underneath are more worthy of a series.

The rumour mill is also suggesting a second series is planned. :-rofl2

It flopped. And now takes 'pride of place' on the 'graveyard' slot after 10pm Sunday nights.

I thought Daniel Mays was terrible in it. He can't act for toffee.

The BBC haven't updated their schedules to reflect this, but if it clashes with The Promise on Channel 4, then it really is going to die a lonely death.

Last night's geiger counter was one of these

Never knew I had such a useful tool on the van.

So you're still watching the programme then?

Unfortunately not, but I did flick over from another channel and spotted the advanced tech device.
