I suspect this would be a difficult one to answer....if indeed its possible at all..
even the handful of channels dxers captured in the UK ...which are barely possible now ...
were captured within the official footprint secondary lobe ...which according to lyngsat stops just short of scandinavian coverage...
These few borderline transponders captured in the UK by enthusiats were barely pulled in on dishes around 1.8 to 2mtrs..
Working on this assumption I'd estimate 3.7 mtrs plus ..and only in Southern Scandinavia..
But ..just a guestimation.

Dear me you do like wanting channels from the difficult satellites dont you. Your previous question was about the W7 sub saharan beam.

In this case the best we can offer is guesswork, and Id say Vipersan's suggestion of 3.7m is as good a starting point as you will get to be honest.

@Analoguestat those are my favourite channels that's why i'm asking about and i'm new in this website so i dont know to much about those channels, and especially SuperSport Channels are my fav sports channels but i dont know how can i get them here at my home i really want them ?

Without spending a LOT of money you cant get them. Satellites have shaped transmission beams for a very good reason - to limit the coverage as far as possible to the intended reception area.

In Sweden you will get most of the European satellites without any problems on a smallish dish. Once you start wanting the more obscure satellites then the dish sizes required and the associated costs go up RAPIDLY.

To be honest the easiest way of getting them will to find a company that will supply them as IPTV streams via your broadband service. Or get a friend / family member within the desired service area to slingbox the channels to you via broadband.

Or you could just move to India or sub Saharan Africa of course - that would probably work out cheaper than investing in numerous dishes of various sizes with no guarantee of success! (Our suggestion of 3.7m for Paksat was just a guess - for consistent reception its quite possible you would need something MUCH bigger! How many big dishes do you want to buy to find out??)

nothing for me on 3785
just managed to scan in CITY 42 NEWS on 4136 before it started pouring down here then lost the lock on it ---
but despite the rain i,m getting -- "capital tv " -- promo -- on 4185 V 2799 with a good signal for this sat

In between playing with Neil ..I've been trying to get a lock on _anything_ from this sat ..
sad to say ..Nothing at all ..
I'm not even sure my stored position for 38East is still accurate..since I haven't seen anything post petal extensions..
It could be there is simply too much leaf still on the TT..
Is there perhaps a strong data transponder I can try for ..just to make sure Christina is on target ?

as the capital t v promo was no problem the other night -- and CITY 42 NEWS was in and out of lock all evening

hi - just ran a blind search on this position as i,v not been getting any signal on channels already in my receiver and up popped this one --

3981 V 3255 id - tandberg service ( channel 5 )

weak signal though only just locked -- some picture freezing .
