Is anyone still using one of these? I have just acquired one of these (an 880 ) along with the Freesat version DMR BS750. I have briefly tested it by using temporarily a set top aerial and it worked well. I am now waiting install of an extra cable from my aerial and network cable. I am very impressed with picture quality. In the meantime I am wondering what catchup and other services are available on it?

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

I didnt think catch up was available on the Pannys since they did not use the facilities offered by licencing the logo.

Though I do remember one of their latest machines circumventing this somehow with their own version not so long ago (Smart range}. Id have to dig up the information.

Just remembered the key specification when repacing an old LG recorder for a client, if the box has Scart socketry on the rear it will not do catch up tv

There may be exceptions, but I couldn't find one when I was looking.
