PAS12 Indian beam reception in MidEast

Is any body receiving the PAS12(=Europe Star 1) Ku band Indian beam in the Mid East region. (KSA/UAE/OMAN ). if so please inform the location and dish size and signal quality.

says no chance, it barely covers any further north west than Pakistan, with power levels dropping off steeply towards the NW.

You might get lucky, but Id be most surprised if anyone can get it in your area without a seriously big dish.
