phoenix te21 + titanium

hi everyone
i have just been given a phoenix te21 and a blue (apparently blank) titanium card. the programmer connects to pc via my COM1. there are no drivers, but there is a red light always on and a flashing green light while the pc tries to communicate with the phoenix te21. I have read the forums howto instruction and used the progger v10, but see ... this is what happens:

at first it says:
OS not valid

then if i do anything else eg: downgrade OS or erase card etc... it says:
trapping card...
this goes on for ten minutes or so and then it says: trapping failed.

your help is big time appreciated.
 
after more research into the forum i found out the following:

the subject has already been answered with no real success. OS updaters, opening an IE page or voltage problems. so if there is a solid solution, someone plz help.

You need to get a program for the titanium card, in that program ther is an opcion to erase clik it and you are ready to rool.:D
PS: Sory for the bad english:p
