Phoning Free2View from outside the UK

If I phone Free2View to activate their card in my digibox, will they be able to recognise that I'm phoning from outside the UK, from Germany?

It really is safer to get the person it was sent to,to phone,but if this is not easy then use a mobile that witholds id,this is how i do it,but even then sometimes i get a bad echo on the line,and the operator asks where i am phoning from,to this i answer that. i am at work at the moment using my friends mobile............brian
