please help no footy on mulitvison 8

help i have starsat 3200 and i am getting multivision 1-7 but i can get get multi 8 i have it set on

Multivision Freq 10911 V , SR 27500, FEC 3/4. pid 1602 audio 230 video 220
what the hell im i doing wrong
please help

p.s i have a channel on 67 my system called english priemer but all it shows is just football of what is on soon but nothing eles?????
