How would you optimise LNB skew? where can you see this on the meter?

hi everyone, ok I set the lnb as best as i could to -21.7º. Now I can get more channels.. all the mtv, itv etc.. but not bbc....
I see that some channels have a very low LNR, national geo for example. Is there any program or way to be 100% certain that its on -21.7º?
Another thing to be able to connect to diferent satelites using one dish say the 30w Hispasat, I would need to use a motor. This would then move and connect from the channel list? any good motor for 100cm dish?
