Plugin to grab audio from another channel ?

I'm looking to watch the picture from one channel while pulling in the audio from a different channel on another satellite. For example watch a soccer match on Hotbird and switch the audio to Radio 5 off Astra 2. Something like the Picture in Picture feature but with audio.
I can get the audio from a PC using the web interface but I would like to do it on the DB.
Adding a Linux version of radio delay would be the ultimate.

i watched Blackburn Rovers v Arsenal on Sport 1 HD (Ned) turned the sound down put radio 5 on dab but the sound was infront of the picture by about 10 seconds

next i tried radio 5 internet stream and it is in sync with the picture,
so the idea would be to press the audio button or a separate plugin choose radio 5 and have english commantry on a foreign channel.

Is it possible to get radio 5 internet stream on a dreambox?

I've used the internet radio facility on a 7020 but it didn't work while displaying video from another channel. It would be an ideal solution, to go with the internet stream if they are in sync.
I'm not sure if Radio 5 block access outside the UK during soccer games. If they do then for me I would have to get through with a proxy server which is tricky enough to setup on a PC.
