Hi i'm trying to PM a member of the site could you tell me why i can't do this?

PM are a bonus that has to be earned. Basically you need to be on the site for a month and have a minimum number of posts (20?)

In exceptional circumstances pm's may be turned on early, but for most uses you should be using the forum.
