What port dreambox uses for the streaming from DB to PC?

Also why sometimes the picture gets distorted?

If you use TuxVisionR with my 500 image the picture does not get distorted !

Seriously, 31337, 31338 and 31339 depending on the package. What do you mean by distorted ? Pixellated or twisted ? Twisted is unusual, may have something to do with you display screen adjustment.

where is your 500 image?

it gets a bit pixellated. Its like there isnt enough bandwitch at times

Also why english sound doesnt come through to my pc? I choose english sound for the movie if am on a french package but on my pc remains in french. Is there a way around this?

They don't always have English audio. Probably because some films have international soundtrack !

If you give an example, somebody may be able to advise.

What i meant is that on channels where there is english support the english sound doesnt come over to my pc thought it works on tv. Maybe the web interface cant make it work. Thats what i tried.

It records the main audio pid. I think you'll need to add a channel to your channel list that only has the audio pid. Search on "audio pid" there are a few posts on it.

Pixellation = drop outs. Dodgy connection, RFI, bandwidth, hard drive speed, PC power...

I still get pixelization randomly.The same problems occurs to many people from what I read on forums. Any idea what can I do? I heared its hardware limitation?

As said before the STRMR images have been adapted specially for streaming.
Use with StopTVplay and TuxvisionR.
