Some of the channels do not carry a second language feed, like Sci Fi.
Some channels carry an original sound track only when they have the rights to broadcast the original sound track, like Premiere Serie, so it's worth checking occasionally.
Then, as you've discovered, there are channels that usually have a second, original sound track.
If you check the Premiere page, on lyngsat, it will give you more of an idea:
