Hi ,
I recently move to israel and I wanted to contact two members (mobutu and nachamny)
 of the forums to get their help and advice on how to properly setup my dish and receiver and the only way to contact them seems to be PM
I hope I will be able to do so,

Private messaging is a privilege that comes when a member has been registered for a while and has made a certain number of posts. Unfortunately you have fallen foul of the second requirement.

We had to implement this rule in order to control the number of spammers who would register and then immediately start messaging, and annoying, other members. We find that spammers do not have the patience to wait!

If you make a few more posts (but not "me too" type!) then you will be able to send PMs soon but frankly this sort of query is best put in open forum so that others can contribute and all can benefit.
