problem finding 61.0W

My Satellite Setup
i have a dish which is 4 feet tall. i am looking for 61 degrees west but i only found 58 degrees west how can i find 61 degrees west with my dish

i live in Jamaica and i am having a problem finding 61.0W on my dish. the only sat i am finding is 58.0W can you please help me.
 
Your dish is probably too small, you need closer to 6'.
 
ok. thank you but i think the 4 foot dish can do.but i am going to try.
