Problem with "Anytime"

SKY mini dish
My Location
Scarborough
I have a SKY+HD box (Thomson) and it is paired to my SKY card, I also pay the £10 a month etc.
Full SKY+, HD, and record services.
However, for some reason the "Anytime" facility does not work.
I only use 1 LNB input (I use LNB input No.1) and the box is set/customised at single LNB input.
Any ideas anyone?

Has Anytime ever worked with the box in its current configuration, or has it only recently happened?
 
Anytime doesnt work at all on some HD boxes - Sky have been swapping out some models.
 
I had a problem with anytime that stopped working for a few weeks after it was unplugged from the router, then one day it just...came back :confused:
 
So, as with all things, try rebooting anything and everything you can find.
 
Hi Carole, I had a similar problem and wrongly assumed it might be because of having only one input or no phone connection. To get Anytime I did the following: Press Services button on Remote Control. The word Options is highlighted at the top of the screen. Press select on Remote Control and sky+setup is highlighted in yellow. Now press right hand arrow on Remote Control seven times until customise is highlighted in yellow. Press Select and go down with the down arrow to Enable Anytime. Use left or right arrow on Remote Control to make sure you have On and not Off! Finally the important bit, which I overlooked, thus depriving us of Anytime for over a year......PRESS GREEN BUTTON TO SAVE CHANGES. Here's hoping this has been of some use!
 
Thanks everyone. It used to work but now does not. Rang SKY, they are going to change the box.
