Problem with codecs

0.9-1.2 & 2.2 precision dishes TM5402 mk3 TM5302 & V8 Golden

I have DVB Dream, ProgDVB and DVB viewer installed on a computer running windows 10. None of the HD channels on 28.2 east will clear FTA ones. I have tried several different codecs but none seem to clear the HD channels. Anyone got any idea how to fix this please
 
Seem to have solved my own problem. In the computer I have a TBS 6925, when I use my laptop I use a TBS5925 and have no problems with HD or 4.2.2 so I have tried the 5925 on the computer and it works fine. The 6925 must be a bad card.
 
Hello pipedream, I use 5925 and have no issues, mainly use smart dvb, here are my settings if you want to try them with the 6925

I had to send my first TBS6925 card back, after a while it could not see 8PSK modulation.Apparently it is a common fault.Also like blademedia I find that LAV filters work best.

Thanks for the replies, I could not understand why the lap top worked but the pc did not when they both had the same settings. I use
lAV filters on both computers. I was not aware it's a common problem with the 6925, shame I have had it too long to send back
