Hi guys, noticed a problem when tuning to Duabi One (12130V) on Badr4 26E with my TM6800 HD (not super). Whenever I select the channel the receiver goes through a repeated reboot sequence about 3 or 4 times, before finally settling down. I have plenty of signal (about 78% Q on the TM6800)

Anyone else had/have this problem or know how to cure it?

cheers.:-beer

Hi Robbo, I don't know if this will be any use to you as I do not have a 6900 but a TM-600. My box would throw a "hissy fit" when I scanned 33E TV8 Mont blanc, I got around this by entering the pid's which seemed to work for most of the time! However I recently sussed out when I imported my channel list into DBedit it would kick out this channel as no "corresponding transponder service" so I entered the transponder nid from King of sats (0) and so far ok. (this was blank on my channel list)
I also noticed for Dubai one 26E my box showed a nid of 702 when king of sats showed 7021, so I changed that as well. Only problem I have with my TM-600 is it has never shown the Epg for Dubai one 26E when my other boxes do.
Hope this may help you a little

OK, thanks Sandybob.

I just went to edit the PIds, and they were already set to what lyngsat says. But, typical, and good I suppose, the problem seems to have fixed itself, all working fine now, and Ive done nothing. It had been doing it all week. Maybe there was a TP or channel problem, who knows.

BTW, no EPG, not even now and next on my 6800.
