Problem with TMB and Titanium1 Card

I tried to program my Titanium1 Card with TMB. When I tried to open flash or eeprom there comes message "The common dialog function failed during initialization. This error often occurs when insufficient memory is available". What did I do wrong? Can Titanium1 Card be programmed by TMB?

TMB is for the Titanium1 Card.

The error message sounds like a computer problem to me.
