Problem with TV CABO & POLSAT

hello guys , i have a problem with the channels of TV CABO & POLSAT package, these channels freeze approximately every 10 seconds , i have an embedded MR 1.081 and an Echostar 2200 2CI, is there any way to solve the problem. thanks in advance.
 
Go into the CAM menu and switch on the blocker, this should cure the problem.
