problems need help

My Satellite Setup
Dreambox DM500S
My Location
Jordan
i have a dm500-s:
1) sometimes when i change channels long enough it just freezes, it wont work until i unplug it and replug it or wait a random amount of time some times it unfreeze some times it doesn't.
what should i do
note: the Nilesat it broken does that matters (is that the problem? i dont use the nilesat) , the freezing happens on the hotbird and the arabsat.
2) another problem is that the image itself freezes (non free channels only).
is there any thing you recommend
is there any addons you recommend to download (if so could you please specify which group)
and 123... steps

Yeah my 7020 freezes quite a bit - it doesnt like trying to change channel too fast for starters..

I improved things a lot by setting a swap file up on the usb key Id installed into it.

and guys what about my other problem
 
ya another problem sometimes the receiver becomes too too fast while changing channels or controlling and setup

A swap file is just an area of memory that gives a computer (the receiver is basically just a computer really) more space to think

No idea how to set it up on a 500 - get rootling in the menus and have a play.
