Problems with Echostar and MR

What could I be doing wrong, with an Echostar. Tried the IR/Nag as well as the IR only, nothing happening but the software changed to 0.80
 
Are you talking about the Matrix Reloaded here, what software version are you running?
 
No icecrypt, I assumed it is the same genre that is why posted here, hope that's okay. 0.8 version.
