By far and away the vast majority of our Forum members deal with manageable sized dishes, using LNBF or C120, connected to switching systems, distribution equipment and receivers by coaxial cable.
What you keep asking for is not something you are likely to get help with from here.
Does Egypt not have experts in your own field of interest?
Whether it does or whether it doesn't, I'm sure you are more than capable of researching likely assistance and suppliers without effectively asking us (most of whom are in Western Europe) to do it on your behalf.

You need to find a professional supplier - something like a company that sells waveguides to the military.
Buying will not be cheap - this sort of kit is low volume production and therefore will be costly.
Or make/adapt things yourself - Somewhere in the last month or so someone has posted a pic of a C-band waveguide made out of copper waterpipe..
At the end of the day its probably going to be easier & cheaper just to move to western Europe if you want to watch our TV.
Also you must realise that even if you do spend £'000's to get it working it could all change overnight when the satellites are replaced? Many of the western European satellites are coming to the end of their service lives and the new birds will have different coverage areas to the old ones.
