Programming a Matrix Reloaded cam

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5500ci plus
Motorised dish
Infinity Phoenix programmer
Blue Tit /MkII/Various Fun cards...& a Matrix Reloaded cam
My Location
Norfolk
Just a couple of questions today...

1) How can i tell if mr m/r cam needs updating?
2) What would i need to do it?

I have a funcard 4...a funcard 6...2 x Blue titanium cards & programmers/pc leads etc...
In the settings section on the tv, it says; "H/W ; 1.5 - S/W; M/R 1.053 - LOADER; 1.0".

You have M/R 1.053 - but MR 1.081 was the last one.

I have 1.070... But some of the top hobby guys have done files up to 2.13.
 
will i need to update it/would it make any difference if i don`t? would it mean that i may get more or perhaps different programmes? ...one day i`m going to help you out of a muddle Razor...

MR 1.081 was the last one? What about 1.10 , 1.12 , 1.13 and now even 1.14. The 2.13 version you refer to is for Matrix Revolution CAm
