Programming Dreambox 7025

.NET is a Microsft frame work, so I doubt you'll be able to use it for a Linux box.

I want to build a player that will be loading channels from DreamBox 7025+ and streaming them over the internet. I know about using VLC but it can only stream one channel at a time. Also I have try little bit on Bitcontrol softwares.
 
Have a look at Dreambox Manager Suite. It will allow you to change channels, if that's what your after.
