Project 1.8m motorised

That's 47.5W NSS-806.

You seem to be getting some very good results there. Is Ku on the up across the arc as well?
I'm not sure on Ku. I haven't used the Gibby on Ku in ages so I can't really remember. But the off axis C-band LNB stops Ku working well on a couple of satellites. I haven't got to the bottom of it yet. Think it is a double bounce.

Slowly getting this actuator dialed in. So far repeatability is pretty good without having to nudge the dish at all once saved.

I almost always have to nudge the actuator/1224/DiSEqC motor from its saved position on marginal satellites. Rarely seems to land exactly where it's saved.... Depends on which direction it's coming from.

Same here CJ.

I had that problem with the 1224. Not as bad but the Gibertini with the actuator wasn't brilliant either. This setup seems to hit every time. Even weak channels. And with the bigger dish the drop off each side of the satellite is much steeper.
