here in Turkey we are really on the very edge of Astra 28E and 3b so need something to pick up what can be a weak signal - I want to buy a new LNB with capacity for 4 cables, which is the best to get

Absolutely true but can only be bought for the off-set dish. The OP might not have (or want to get involved with) engineering facilities.

For PF, the Inverto Black Pro C120 plus feed should perform fairly well.

Yes, i was born in Carribean (my parents had a diplomat from Indonesia. ) and now am living in Indonesia (Pontianak City/West Kalimantan).
