Radio 2 Reclaimed!

Inane witterers are ten a penny. I'm sure one will be found to replace him. And in light of the BBC's equal opportunities policy I'm equally sure she'll be just as inane.

Vanessa F......

Sara Cox would be my choice.

Bring back Housewives' Choice.

Reginald Dixon from Blackpool.

I am still seething at JY being replaced by a massively overpaid lightweight. Vine's locums are all far better than he, even Ed Milliband

Simon Mayo is my choice, they have ruined his show now that Jo Whiley is co-host

I'm finding R2 difficult to listen to these days, so not unhappy at the news but a bit apprehensive as to who they'll replace him with. Have recently found Sat mornings pretty unpalatable with the cackling couple; Alan Carr and Melanie Sykes - especially sending them to Orlando to do their show....WTF?

Carr is unbearable.

What gets me is who on earth determined the market values of eg Evans, Vine, Ross so highly when they attract so much opprobrium from actual consumers?

It's a shame the ginger whinger is staying until Christmas.

Why don’t they recreate an AI form of Terry Wogan ( saves digging him up)

I'm sure Chris Moyles will step in, after all, Radio 2 is the Radio 1 DJ retirement centre... :-rofl2
