A big thank you to Ralph Magno and Carl. They braved the weather and came from near Naples to my village up in the mountains near Ausonia. In no time they sorted out my sick satellite system. I now have Sky + working again with many additional channels including ITV. Best Christmas present so far.

I assume you are getting BBC News, so all being well you will be able to get the bonus of access to the Sports Multiscreens via the Red Button.

That won't compensate for not being able to get the main BBC Channels of course, but it's a worthwhile addition to your reception.
