re post frequency problem

hi i am not a expert in sky so i am hoping someone could help i am having some trouble receiving these 12523 H 12560 V and i am not sure what to do thay are ok at night but today thay are freezing it is a warm sunny day before i get some out is there anything
i can do thank's for any assistance

Try switching off your digital phone and removing the batteries from the handset if you have one.

PS. The My system section in your profile is there for a reason, it helps other members to identify what problems might be, by looking at the equipment you have, I can tell nothing from the word POSTER.
