In answer to your question you could be able to get both Hotbird 13E, and Eutelsat W2 16E, using your dish and a 3 degree Monobloc LNB, or you could motorize your dish and have a lot more options.

So I can't receive the Eutelsat W2 (16.0E) with a single LNB?

You can - but only if you move the dish slightly (manually or on a motor).
