Recording all channels except ITV.

I have set up my new sky+ hd box today. Have paired the box and it is working well. Apart from not recording ITV . It will record everything else on series and singles but not ITV? Any clues would be helpful.

Well the first thing to try is to pull the plug out of the wall, wait 30 seconds & plug it back in.

This trick cures all sorts of odd ills.
