IIRC the sky LNB can be rotated "the other way" to what is needed for 28E, so no need for a TRIAX adaptor - if that would even fit a Zone 2 dish LNB arm?

If the elevation of 30W is 24.6 degrees above the horizontal, you can visualize (or draw) an angle of 24.6 degrees, and check if the angle of the roof is steeper or flatter than that. So you can first check roughly, if there should be no problem at all, or that it might probably be problematic.

A rough estimate using the sun position could also help (you can use this calculator: Satellite Look Angle Calculator ): as it is winter now, the sun is always beneath the clarke belt (seen from northern hemisphere), so if the sun is visible at your intended dish position at the calculated hour, there is no problem at all.

For exact measurement you should wait till the next sun outage, though.
Or make a construction of that 24.6 degrees, with bottom purely horizontal, and look along the top line of it to see if you have free line of sight towards the satellite at your intended dish position.

They are designed for exactly that purpose ... to enable a bog standard 40mm Universal LNB to be fitted without issue to a "Sky" dish. Great solution. There are several "Brands" available, and I suspect they are all identical, regardless of the label.

I first found it when trying to achieve something akin to the correct skew to optimise 5W on a Sky zone 1 mini dish, when a "Sky" LNB could not cut the mustard.

But, do you really need the adapter for a Sky dish? When I had an 80cm elliptical dish aimed at 30W the LNB didn't need any more skewing in "the opposite direction" than the LNB on a Sky dish needs in the "other direction" - and there is no "hard stop" on a Sky LNB to stop that being done (the clamp is a std 40mm throat type, and the LNB itself can be rotated 180 degs from the "normal position")!
 
I get the stronger Hispasat muxes on a zone 2 Sky dish up here (30 miles south of Edinburgh) but it depends what frequencies/channels interest you most. The main problem with Sky lnb's used on the west part of the arc is the Skew is set the "wrong way" --> adjusting for 28E not 30W which needs the lnb twisted the other way!

My new setup however cannot get all TPS on hispasat...

Which transponders are you missing? Can you please list them.
What are your signal quality readings, on the transponders you can get, can you also please list them, including polarity details.

I can get 40 but somehow your dish angle does not look 100% but hard to tell from the photo.

I think I agree - the elevation looks too low (most transponders on 30W are very strong, and that can disguise minor but critical adjustment errors)
Edited: when I wrote the above, I assumed that the dish had been moved from 30W to where it is shown, and Lynnx's comment related to when it was pointed at around 30W!:-doh

Easy done. Well I have thought I had scanned in 75 east but I was way out, but a decent sat meter helps as it tells you which sat you are really pointing too.
 
The picture I took I think was pointing at Thor I am getting the arc anyway will take a picture when pointing at hispasat but I think I am hitting the roof line maybe why I don't get all transponders
 
Chances are your dish is being partially obscured the roof line. I'd raise that pole up a foot of so, if you don't think it will be too exposed...

Took another look at that photo - and 2 things struck me:
- judging by the brickwork behind it, that pole is not vertical (unless your house is totally wonky)!
Chances are your dish is being partially obscured the roof line. I'd raise that pole up a foot of so, if you don't think it will be too exposed...
- If you do raise the pole, or even if you don't, I'd consider adding additional brackets above and below the existing ones

Yes it certainly looks if its out of upright. I use these. Ebay 112200043971. Wider fixing and load spread and it the pole leans out or in you can pack one of the brackets, use longer bolts to correct it.
