If everything is plumb i agree with the extra bracket , either a T in the middle or a K at the bottom .

There is plenty of room to raise the motor on the pole to get a better arc if it's touching anywhere .

The picture I took I think was pointing at Thor I am getting the arc anyway will take a picture when pointing at hispasat but I think I am hitting the roof line maybe why I don't get all transponders

It looks more like 19 to 28 East from the way the motor is angled. If it was on Thor at the time of the image the arc would be quite a way out on the N/S alignment.

Please post your signal quality readings, and channels, of the transponders you can get.
How did you set up your dish, for tracking the satellite arc?
Tomorrow please take some clearer photos, and you might want to try peaking the signal quality, by using the motor to gently move the dish, East/West, to maximise the signal quality.

Done that already not getting better I set up motor normal way from reference point Thor in usuals then I used diseq to try to improve but no luck I think I will have to raise the dish up as I get all the other says TP12322 H I get signal 65 and quality 52

Ah you are missing the DVB-S2 transponder.

DVB-S2 needs more signal compared to DVB-S, but as I can just about get that one on a 60cm dish as you say you probably arent far off

It does looks as if the dish needs to go higher, worth a try.

That looks beyond 30W, the dish is declined at some extreme angle that will take it close to the ridgeline of the roof. Whereabouts are you in the UK ?

What are your signal quality readings at your furthest East satellite?
The dish might still not be perfectly aligned, for tracking the satellite arc.
Once you've got it installed, and working, you send the dish to your far East satellite, and West satellite, and check if you have the best signal quality, by adjusting the dish, slightly, if you haven't you send it back to 0.8W, make a few adjustments, maximise the signal, then send it back East, and West, to see if you've improved matters.
The first thing I would do is gently adjust the dish, while on 30W, and see what the maximum signal quality you can get, before raising the dish.

If the hypothesis is that the dish has partly no free Line Of Sight towards 30W due to the rooftop, I would check that by holding something in front of the lower part of the dish while aimed at 30W.
If the reception doesn't deteriorize, then with that part of the dish no reception occurs. QED.

You didn't check the 24.6 degree elevation LOS beforehand, then?

Am in London have done a few adjustments on 30w but cant get any better signal 28.2e is prefect as well as 13e 19.2e and Thor.
Will raise the dish next Saturday and will update am pretty sure this is the reason

Judging by the photo I am sure that is the problem.

Interesting feedback do you think raising the dish will solve the issue as I cannot do any better adjustements as it stands now

Thanks! Hope I don't need to raise it to high, I won't touch the pole as it is plumb I will just raise the motor to the top of the pole hopefully that will be enough

That will not be enough. Besides loosening the U bolts and sliding the pole up is easier that moving the motor when its that high up. Have someone hold a long length of timber at the bottom of the pole whilst you loosen the U bolts. Then its a case of pushing the pole higher with the help of the timber.

That would be just about 10 cm? I would guess not. :(

The signal will improve, but I doubt that the whole dish has free sight to 30W then.

Edit: TJ was faster! :Y

Afraid not as the dish will still be to low to get a decent signal with the roof ridge still in the way.
